1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact us at support@forgly.dev with your order details.

2. Recurring Renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Include the email address used for the purchase and the approximate date;

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
