These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forgly ("Forgly", "we", "us"), available at https://forgly.dev (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Forgly provides online developer tools, including AI-assisted utilities such as a cron expression generator. Tools are offered on a freemium basis: a free tier with usage limits and an optional paid subscription ("Pro") with expanded usage.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our third-party payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record. Prices are stated in USD and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Forgly. Output you generate using the tools is yours to use. You retain ownership of any input you provide.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
